This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Culture Story, LLC and its related companies (collectively, “Culture Story”, “Company”, “us”, “our”, and “we”) collect, use, store, protect, and share the Personal Information of consumer users of this website, culturestory.co, including use of Company services, platform and any associated mobile or desktop applications (the “Service”). This Policy also applies to any of our other websites that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to website that post different privacy policies.

What We Collect

While using our Service, we may receive information through various means that can identify you such as your name and email address, account information (user id and passwords), telephone number, and other nonpublic personal information that can be used to identify you personally (the “Personal Information”) as well as other information that does not identify you.

We receive and store any information you provide to us. We collect your‎ Personal Information, including your name, postal address, email address, phone number, fax number, username, password, demographic information (such as your gender and occupation) as well as other information you directly give us while using our Service. In addition, we collect Personal Information when you complete your registration for an account on the Service. We may get information about you from other sources. We may add this to information we get from the Service. We use a tracking utility company that uses cookies and Web beacons on our website. We have no access to or control over these third party tracking utilities. We also use cookies in conjunction with Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting in order to better understand our visitors. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit our website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our website. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to maintain and improve our website and services. Google Analytics does not collect your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with Personal Information we receive from other sources. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our website, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to our website is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. Visitors can choose to opt out using Ads Settings, Ad Settings for mobile apps, or any other available means including Google Analytics’ opt out tool.

When using the Service, we automatically log information about you and your computer. For example, when visiting our Service, we log your computer operating system type, the Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to our Service, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Service. Our Service does not track your activity outside of the context of our Service and our website and therefore our Service does not respond to Do-Not-Track signals. However, some of our online marketing campaigns and marketing partners may use tracking pixels for the purpose of campaign optimization. When you access the Service, metadata is also generated that provides additional information about the way you interact with the Service.

  • With third-party service providers to deliver some of the services mentioned in this Policy or the Terms of Use, including our Service.


We may also share aggregated and/or anonymized data with others for their own uses.

Information Choices and Changes

Our marketing emails tell you how to “opt-out.” If you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing emails. Non-marketing emails include emails about your accounts with us, your use of the Service, and our business dealings with you.

Data Retention

We may retain Customer Data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. This may include keeping your Customer Data after you have deactivated your account in order for us to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We currently use datacenter facilities located exclusively in the United States. Your information will be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where we decide to maintain datacenter facilities in the future. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of information outside of your country, even if your country has more rigorous data protection standards.

We take security measures to help safeguard your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. We believe that our security measures include industry standard technology and equipment to help protect your personal information, and we attempt to restrict access to Personal Information to those employees who need the information in order to provide the Service to you. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may decide to modify this Policy over time. Among other reasons, changes to our business or internal infrastructure or updates in the law or industry standards may cause us to update our Policy. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Policy on this page culturestory.co/privacy-policy. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we may also notify you by email to the email address you submitted when registering for the Service or through a notice through the Service itself.
